Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation or an unboxing video is provided for defective product.

Return and Refund Policies:
Return Policy:
All Indian customers may return all products sold by OPENCHO except Inner-wears and cosmetics within 7 days of receipt of product, as long as it is unused and is in a good usable condition. Inner-wears are not allowed to be returned for hygiene purposes.
If product is cancelled after ordering but prior to shipping from our warehouse, refund for full paid amount will be initiated soon.
For any wrong product delivery, the product pick-up is free and product will be exchanged free of cost ( if same product is available, otherwise 100% amount will be refunded).
Refund Policy:
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we provide a refund as per policy.
What customer needs to do ?
Write / inform us via mail on contact@opencho.com for return/refund. We shall initiate the return and inform you via mail / call.
Amount is refundable against all products purchased from OPENCHO except Inner-wears.
When customer can expect a refund ?
Refund is initiated after deducting return and restocking charges i.e. Rs. 200 in case of product/s sent under free Shipping and Rs. 90 in case of shipping paid by customer, once product is received in sale-able condition, which may take up to 15 working days.
If in case RTO services not available in customer's area or if there is delay in pick up then product may be shipped by customer for speedy refund.
Refund methods
1. The refund shall be initiated via originally used payment method/s. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
2. In case of COD payment, customer have to send a mail stating the account details in which payment to be transferred.
3. For any return against breakage or short supply , an unboxing video is essentially required for establishing proper claim.
